Store Management Positions


Regional Manager - A seasoned leader who has worked in retail for over ten years and has helped to successfully build teams, stores and ultimately, build brands. It requires a proven track record of driving consistent and successful execution across multiple districts.  A Regional Manager is a leader, a coach, a teacher, and a person who couldn’t imagine a life outside of retail.

District Manager - A strong District Manager understands that in large retail chains the corporate office can’t possibly know the intimate details of every store. After having successfully managing multi-unit locations, he or she realizes the level of importance of the role of DSM in the field.  The DSM is the important link between the strategies and growth plans of the corporate office and the ultimate execution at the individual store level – combining a business understanding with the very important knowledge of the communities in which our stores operate. The DSM motivates and inspires the store leadership teams to provide excellence in both merchandise presentation and customer experience, as well as achieve financial and statistical goals.

Store Manager - The best of both worlds – being able to operate like an independent store owner with the support and insight of one of the top ten specialty retailers in the country.  Our Store Managers own the store experience from a merchandise presentation and a customer experience perspective. They are ultimately responsible for creating an environment that ensures customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability while leading successful teams of co-managers, sales leads and associates. 

Co-Managers/Assistant Store Managers - The perfect place to start a career in fashion retail. In addition to assisting the Store Manager in achieving all of the store’s financial goals, our co-managers also get an individual Division of Responsibility that they own.  This can be related to driving the visual execution of the store, attracting, hiring, training and developing all levels of associates, or in managing the backroom process and reducing shrink.

Hourly Associate Positions


Not quite ready for a management position, but still looking for an opportunity that allows you to showcase your selling skills, work in a team environment and have fun?  Then you might be ready for one of our hourly positions.

Sales Associate – Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through offering assistance when needed, ensuring product is on the floor and sized appropriately and all customers have a quick and efficient cash wrap experience.  Additional tasks include stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise.

Stock Associate – Responsible for processing merchandise to ensure our fantastic product is floor-ready and available for our customer to purchase.

Fashion Expert – Responsible for ensuring each customer’s fitting room experience is one they won’t forget - with an elevated selling approach, product knowledge and styling capabilities. 

Sales Lead - Responsible for leading sales floor coverage while maintaining a selling focus in the absence of store management. Develops, coaches and motivates sales associates to provide exceptional customer experiences.
